This budget hotel is a great option for those seeking a centrally located accommodation. the hotel is situated close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and street food options. the staff is welcoming and always ready to help. the rooms are clean with good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a balcony with some views and the breakfast offered is adequate. the laundry service is cheap and efficient.

It is important to note that there might be some construction noise from neighboring buildings during the day.

Clean with friendly and helpful staff

Nothing like the hotel featured on their business cards...was not on the beach and didnt have any gardens.but this didnt worry us as its near the beach. However the bed was like a slab of concrete!! Very hard to find due to whole blocks having the same address. Eg 96a Tran phu was the address for at least a dozen hotels!!!

Bright room, nice shower, very small window where we were facing the beach, this was a little disappointing. The bed was very firm and the 'breakfast in bed' is a bread roll and a cup of tea....there are no choices for breakfast.

The hotel was situated close to the beach with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was surprisingly spacious and tidy with AC and wifi in good condition. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The bed was exceptionally stiff, making sleeping difficult. The neighbors on the same floor had noisy children who started screaming from early in the morning, and despite the hotel's staff admitting the issue, it persisted.

The beds were soooo hard we had to cut our stay short and go to another hotel. What's the point of a nice hotel if you can'y get to sleep.

Very good location and helpful staff.

We requested a non smoking room but it did smell like a smoking room and a dirty ashtray was left in the room.

During my Xmas trip, some things stood out: the budget-friendly price and the friendly staff. the location is perfect, walkable to many convenience stores and restaurants, and easy access to anywhere the traveler needs to go. Another advantage was the cheap laundry services, which is always a plus.

My experience wasn't without negative aspects. the bed was too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, leading to a not so relaxing night, and the noise level in the mornings was unbearable.

The place we stayed in was very spacious and clean.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its location, cleanliness, and helpful staff. It's only a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and street food options nearby. The room was larger than expected and very clean. The AC and wifi worked well, and the staff were always willing to help with a smile.
